Sine Patriyotiko SIPAT, Inc. is an independent audio-visual institution. It is composed of students and young professionals in the field of film, arts, and mass media from various universities, organizations and communities. SIPAT believes that film is a powerful tool for social change.

SIPAT produces, exhibit and propagate films that deal with the conditions and struggles of the oppressed sectors of society. In line with this, SIPAT advances the progressive characteristics of film as catalyst for social consciousness. SIPAT deviates from the commercial orientation of films. It strongly links and unites with the oppressed and marginalized sectors of society for their basic rights and interests.
